What if we were being invited to co-create the noosphere?

What if we were being invited to take the next step in humanity’s evolution – and what if, what is going on now were the emergence of that next step?

In 1926, Teilhard de Chardin coined the term “noosphere” – a state of interconnectedness among all minds, resulting from humanity’s biological and cultural evolution.

I remember first reading Peter’s Russell’s book “the Global Brain Awakens,”in about the year 2000, where he talked about this process.

In recent years, particularly when facilitating online groups with people from all over the world, I’ve had a sense of each person in the group’s consciousness joining together all around Gaia as interconnecting lights.

I have been wondering whether the current world situation is inviting us through four key ways to take the next step of evolution towards this noosphere:

The understanding that we are all interconnected physically (seeing how the virus can spread shows us this in really tangible ways);

So many billions of humans having a shared experience all at the same time, and being able to communicate about this via the internet;

The invitation for us to connect in with loving compassion for ourselves and other humans, including those who are suffering or dying, those who are helping the sick, and those who are producing and delivering food;

Inviting us to move many of our connections, meditations, groups and offerings online.

This combination of really deeply experiencing our interconnectedness and shared experience as Earth citizens in a really tangible way, feeling our lovingness, and increasing connections online could very well be part of this new emergence of the noosphere.

Are you experiencing:

A sense of interconnectedness with people all over the world;
More compassion for yourself and others;
An experience of the conscious connection that is possible with people online;
An invitation to share your callings online.

I am passionate about a psychospiritual approach to life, and responding to our individual and collective callings at this time, and how having a psychospiritual perspective helps us have a deep sense of belonging, meaning and purpose that gives us more capacity to be with all the feelings and younger parts that are showing up as part of this journey of emergence.

Do you resonate? I’d love to hear if you do!

Much love,
