Do you ever procrastinate on doing something you really want to do?
When you’re procrastinating, do you judge yourself for procrastinating or try to coerce yourself into taking action?
Do you ever enquire deeper, into why you are procrastinating?
Behind the behaviour, there’s usually so much more going on!
I see procrastination as protection.
When we can be compassionate with ourselves when we’re procrastinating, and look behind the protection of procrastination, we meet the possibility of taking action from a true state of willingness.
Rather than self-judgment, or coercion, we can find willingness.
Have you ever been in a state of flow, where all parts of you are saying yes to what it is you’re doing?
When you feel connected with something bigger?
That’s like willingness.
You can find out more about willingness and a very different way of working with procrastination, HERE.
