What helps you be most present and alive and joyful?
For some, this is being in nature, for others, connecting with friends, being heard, and deep intimacy. Perhaps you come alive when you dance, or sing, or make music? Or maybe yoga, meditation, or gratitude practices are your thing.
Whatever it is, do it more!
And then, observe your baby or child – where does he space out, or get frustrated, or avoid your gaze? Where does he do things that you don’t enjoy, or that create disconnection?
Your warm, loving presence and unconditional love loosens up the tight places in your child and allows his feelings to flow, so that he once again returns to the presence that he is.
