Are You Procrastinating?

I wonder whether you’ve found yourself ‘procrastinating’ on something recently?

Perhaps you’ve been really wanting to:

Spend some more 1-1 time with your child/ren;

Create a website;

Declutter your house;

Do some inner healing,

and yet you keep on finding yourself not doing it?

I wonder if you ever find yourself trying to coerce yourself into taking action, by judging yourself for not doing it or trying to ‘should’ yourself into doing it?

I see these things – coercion and judgment/punishment – as being part of what we learn in this culture.

I love that we have a very different option, and that is willingness.

Rather than simply procrastinating and giving up, or judging and coercing ourselves, we can act from willingness instead.

But in order to do that, we need to find out why we aren’t yet willing.

This involves compassionately enquiring within; “Why am I not willing at the moment? What am I scared of? What am I protecting myself from? What values or needs am I concerned I might not meet if I do this?”

This is all part of my Willingness Practice.

I’m passionate about The Willingness Practice.

I’ve found it’s made a huge difference in my life.

And I’m passionate about it on a bigger, cultural level, because I would love to be part of a movement that helps free of us from coercing and punishing others and coercing and punishing ourselves.

And if you want to learn my Willingness Practice, I have three options –

1. The Willingness Practice for free (but it doesn’t have the Quantum Quick version)

2. the ebook ($4)

3. The Wonder of Willingness Course – I’m going to be doing a couple of live trainings in there this week!
